El Jefe Catering was created in our home kitchen. As a family we always strived to make absolutely delicious food. Over the years it became a passion. Our holiday parties became extremely popular for the food and our personal touch. In 2012 we decided to share our Mexican cuisine with the rest of the world. Our vision was simple “to provide our customers with the best Mexican food and personal service to your guest as if it were our family” & our golden rule “We will make it happen” Following that simple golden rule and adding excellent service, it did not take long for Los Angeles to take notice.

If you call us today we will make it happen tomorrow. We definitely love challenges. As a result we cater 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Given enough notice we can cater parties the next day. Our goal is to serve our customers and give you the best service possible. We cater hotels, special events, business meetings, weddings, school fairs, fundraising, bar & bat mitzvahs; you name it we will be there. Our catering services cover San Diego to Santa Barbara (Traveling fees apply).

Our Facilities are located in Lincoln Heights right behind the dodger stadium! Our kitchen was not big enough to accommodate all the catering requests we received. We prep and cook from a health department approved commercial kitchen as well as follow and abide to Environmental Health Standards.
